Diploma of Screen & Media
After completing my Diploma of Screen and Media in 2017 I was heavily involved in the beauty industry while balancing multiple casual jobs in the customer service sector.
Working closely with individuals has always been a passion of mine.
Being a makeup artist brought so much happiness, I loved that I could use my creativity to brighten someone’s day and make them feel a little extra special.
In 2020, the pandemic hit. As a result of social distancing, the a halt in travel and non essential work I could no longer do makeup jobs.
I knew I wanted to do something rewarding, that made people happy and brighten their days. This is when I joined Real Life Assistants, as a casual Support Worker.
All of the skills I had developed over the years of working with so many different people made me confident in providing the best support I could to our participants.
In my 4th year of Support Work, I was interested in exploring a different sector of the industry.
Which has brought me to now, a new chapter with RLA. Roster Clerk. I am so excited to work closely with the Support Facilitator team, and ensure our participants and staff are provided the best service.
