RLA are doing so great with all they do. my support team with them as well as the support workers that help my children really have helped our lives. they are flexible and are always willing to help out. RLA as a company is amazing. they are helping so many of their participants to have inclusive work opportunities as well as providing others with services that help us to make our lives better. eg: hairdressing services, car wash, dog wash, handy work crew.
these services help to make my life easier and helps me to be able to focus on being a better parent to my kids.

I don’t usually write hair salon reviews, Real Life Assistance I can’t even get how impressed I am at this salon. when it comes to hair cutting styling and colour, just the friendliness of the staff is the ultimate examples of excellence, and they just keep adding more like waxing , eyelash and eyebrow, colouring everything in one place. With the same excellent and caring staff honestly, it feels like going home when you walk in the door. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

The Christmas lights night was fabulous. It was good to have everyone together. I really appreciated all the help the support workers gave to me. I wouldn’t be able to go without that. Having pizza beforehand was good and being able to chat beforehand while waiting for darkness to get closer. I loved the buses with our driver being great. We went to some fabulous streets and saw so much. Thank you RLA.

The Christmas Market provided Adam with a safe and supportive environment to hold his first market stall and this has really boosted his self confidence. We supported a participant who was moving house today, and the removal job was completed by the Real Life Assistants removal team. The guys who completed the removal job were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, so helpful, friendly and did a great job. Moving house can be a stressful time and thanks to your removal team, the experience was excellent and stress-free. I'm really well taken care of by Tina Bates my support worker! I had a lovely cleaner Dianna who came on Fridays! Dianna has been off sick for the past 3 months! Tina knows I don’t like changes and new people she also knows I’m very fond of her and Dianna! I don’t know how long it will last but Tina has been doing Dianna shifts! Thank you to Amy Jodie Alyssa and your teams I was able to visit my grandchildren in Canberra and another time in Mittagong! I’m really glad the other recommended agency never get back to me! Sandy has always been a most caring and helpful person which has helped Patrick deal with his daily living activities. Thoroughly enjoyed having my car washed. I met several people, staff included. It has a great vibe and inexpensive food and great coffee. My car was a hot mess before I arrived. I left, with a clean car, great breakfast, awesome coffee and I met several new people. It was overall a lovely experience.
